The embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for the region across ANZ, India, MEA and Japan. I built the operational infrastructure that lets the team move fast, forecast accurately and scale sustainably.

  • Built the regional operating system: WBR cadence, QBRs, executive business reviews, pricing models and supply forecasting.
  • Own reporting infrastructure directly in Snowflake, SQL, and Salesforce, plus regional pricing and territory models.
DoorDash 2022 to 2024

General Manager, Regional Markets & Head of Operations

Full P&L for 54 regional markets on a $500M GOV business. Launched DashMart, DoorDash's rapid grocery vertical, from a blank page.

  • 0 to 1: took DashMart from concept to live, multi-site in under six months.
  • Owned marketplace performance and liquidity across consumers, merchants and dashers.

  • Built end to end: architecture, prompt engineering and commercial GTM.

An AI personal assistant and automated customer-service platform powered entirely by iMessage, automating frontline support, disputes and post-purchase via natural language.

  • Conversational AI handling high-volume inquiries inside native messaging.
  • Automates trust, safety and post-purchase workflows at scale.

Passive P&L ownership of an independent bike shop, the real-world ground truth behind Yellow Jersey, run by a team I trust completely.
