The embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for the region across ANZ, India, MEA and Japan. I built the operational infrastructure that lets the team move fast, forecast accurately and scale sustainably.

  • Stood up the regional operating system from scratch: forecasting, pipeline reviews and executive business reviews.
  • Own reporting infrastructure directly in Snowflake and SQL, plus regional pricing and territory models.
DoorDash 2022 to 2024

General Manager, Regional Markets & Head of Operations

Full P&L for 54 regional markets, a $500M GOV business, and the operator who launched DashMart, DoorDash's rapid grocery vertical, from a blank page.

  • 0 to 1: took DashMart from concept to live, multi-site in under six months.
  • Owned marketplace health and liquidity across consumers, merchants and dashers.

Designed and launched from a blank page, using AI to solve the friction traditional marketplaces never could: trust, pricing and supply-and-demand matching.

  • AI-assisted seller onboarding, automated condition grading and dynamic pricing.
  • Built end to end: architecture, prompt engineering and commercial GTM.

Nest: an AI concierge that lives in iMessage

An AI personal assistant and automated customer-service platform powered entirely by iMessage, automating frontline support, disputes and post-purchase via natural language.

  • Conversational AI handling high-volume inquiries inside native messaging.
  • Automates trust, safety and post-purchase workflows at scale.
